1. Prospective students are required to pay in full for transactions made on the Ronald Wilson Music School website

2. Students are entitled to receive teaching according to the specified duration, and are entitled to the best service

3. Students are strictly prohibited from distributing Ronald Wilson Music School's ebooks and mp3 songs, both digitally and physically
 

4. Payments made above the 10th of each month will incur a fine of IDR 25,000

​5. Apabila murid ingin refund, maka ketentuannya adalah:​

     5.1  Refunds can be made if the student has not taken any lessons in that month (for the second                 month and so on)

     5.2  Refunds cannot be made in the first month of the lesson, because it includes ebook purchases

     5.3   If you don't want a refund, then the schedule can be rearranged, and the money that has                     been paid  can be used as a deposit

     5.4  Refunds are paid to the student's account according to the nominal that has been paid

     5.5  Refund process takes around 1-7 working days
