​1. Students are expected to pay at the beginning of each month before lessons in that month.
2. There are 4 meetings each month. Students and teachers are expected to complete the number of meetings before the next month.
3. If the student has paid in that month but has not had enough meetings, then the student is still obliged to pay at the beginning of the following month according to point number 1. The lack of meetings will be arranged later.
4. If the student or teacher is unable to attend, a change of schedule will be arranged, so that both parties can be flexible (because the lessons are online).
5. If you want a change of schedule, students must inform no later than 30 minutes before the class schedule. The teacher has the right to declare the class void if it is less than 30 minutes, the rest depends on the agreement between the teacher and student, and it will also be seen whether the sudden situation is urgent.
6. Class replacement is valid for the next 1 month, after that it is considered forfeited. Students or parents are expected to ask and arrange with the admin regarding the replacement schedule.
7. Red dates and the 5th Sunday are holidays, unless there is an agreement between the teacher and student to be used as a replacement day.
8. If a student applies for leave, then the remaining class schedule that has not been attended will be forfeited if it is not replaced until the next 1 month (according to point number 6)
9. If a student takes leave, then if the lesson returns, there will be a re-registration fee of IDR 50,000
10. If the teacher is late to enter gmeet, the class duration will still start according to the class and the time will not be reduced, namely from when the teacher starts the class at gmeet.
