LEARNING SYSTEM

Students can study anywhere, using a video call system.

4 meetings a month

Once a week

each meeting 30 or 60 minutes (on the same day and time)

On average, 30 minutes is effective time. And many music schools are indeed 30 minutes.
But if you are sure you want to add time, and are able, we provide options for 60 minutes (Prices differ)

CERTIFICATE

There are 2 types of certificate programs:

1. RWMS local certificate
Especially from basic / beginning.
Must take lessons at RWMS
There is no additional fee to obtain a certificate
If students want a local certificate from RWMS, we will give them a final grade assignment, namely "making a video"
At the end of the grade, students must play 1 song well and have it videoed as a final grade assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to give students a "little challenge" And there is a review of the mark of completion of the grade
For students who do not want to make videos, they will still continue their grade, but will not get a certificate

2. International certificate
we collaborate with ABRSM (from London)
To get an international certificate, there is an exam fee.
Which will be explained further after students take lessons at RWMS

For students who don't want to take the exam/certificate, that's okay, they can still continue studying to the next material

ABOUT CLASS VOCALS IN RWMS
The violin class consists of 5 grades

After grade 5, if the student wants to continue to the next grade, they can still proceed.
The material uses Suzuki violin, which has been internationally tested and is already used worldwide
Students will receive a certificate after completing their grade
This class is for learning from basic (from zero) until gradually advanced
the material is very complete
Suitable for beginners, especially children who want to learn from scratch.
It is also suitable for adults, if you want to learn from basic to advanced in full
This class requires a lot of patience because the learning process is very long

Special note: Apart from material from the Suzuki book, students are also welcome to request if there are free songs they want to learn

INFO FEES

The price for the lesson is IDR 390.000 per month (each meeting duration @ 30 minutes)
or
The price for lessons is IDR 730,000 per month (each meeting is 60 minutes long)

The price for e-books and mp3 (per-grade) is IDR 75,000

The registration fee is IDR 120,000 (per person)

Total payment at the beginning: the price of the lesson + mp3 ebook + registration fee

(example: tutoring per month @ 30 minutes + ebook mp3 + registration fee = IDR 390,000 + IDR 75,000 + IDR 120,000 = IDR 585,000 which must be paid in the first month only)

After that in the 2nd monthand so on only pay the price of tutoring only

If a student takes a leave of absence, there will be a re-registration fee of IDR 50,000 upon re-entry.

For the price, can be compared with in tefour other music lessons (the average price for music lessons is more or less the same) . BUT OUR QUALITY IS ABOVE

*money cannot be refunded if students stop midway, but they can still reschedule, with a maximum reschedule of one month (maximum 5th or 9th or 13th month after payment according to the selected package)

additional DURATION of tutoring (double meeting) for one person gets a discount of IDR 50,000 per month for tutoring with DURATION of double hours.

VIOLIN CLASS INFO

LESSON TERMS

1. Students are expected to pay at the beginning of each month before the start of that month's lesson.

2. There are 4 sessions each month. Students and teachers are expected to complete the number of sessions before the next month.

3. If a student has paid for a given month but has not yet completed the number of sessions, they are still required to pay at the beginning of the following month, as per point 1. Any remaining sessions will be made up later.

4. If the student or teacher is unable to attend, a rescheduling will be arranged to ensure flexibility for both parties (since the lessons are online).

5. If a rescheduling is required, students must notify the class no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the class start time will be considered a used class and cannot be rescheduled. If the student does not attend the rescheduled class, the class is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

6. Class rescheduling is valid for the following month; any remaining class time is forfeited. Students or parents are expected to inquire and arrange with the administrator regarding a replacement schedule.

7. Public holidays and the fifth Sunday are holidays, unless agreed upon between the teacher and student to be used as a replacement day.

8. If a student requests leave, any remaining unattended class schedules will be forfeited if not replaced within the following month (as per point 6).

9. If a student takes leave, there will be a re-registration fee of IDR 50,000 for the next lesson.

10. If the teacher is late to Gmeet, the class duration will still start at the scheduled time, and the time will not be reduced, starting from the time the teacher started the class at Gmeet.

11. All communication between teachers and students is through the administrator.
